Our Story
Built around a simple idea: technology should work for your people, not the other way around.
Why Blue Inlet
There’s a reason we’re called Blue Inlet
Our name comes from two ideas that define everything we do.
Blue - because the best opportunities aren't found by competing harder in crowded spaces. They're found in open water. Wide, largely unexplored, full of potential for organizations bold enough to chart a new course. That's the blue ocean. That's where we're headed.
Inlet - because getting there requires a passage. A connection point between where you are today and what becomes possible when your technology actually works for your team.
That's what Blue Inlet Advisory does. We connect organizations to the opportunity already in front of them, by unlocking the tools they already own, redesigning the workflows holding them back, and making sure the change actually sticks.
That’s Blue Inlet. Your passage to what’s possible.
The Origin
Our Foundational Belief
We built Blue Inlet to solve the two hardest problems in workplace modernization - getting people to change how they work, and making the change actually last.
Blue Inlet Advisory was founded on two hard-won observations
First: Organizations can't keep up with the pace of work using the processes they have. The workflows that got you here are slowing you down.
Second: Technology alone doesn't change how people work. You can roll out the best platform on the market and watch nothing change, because nobody designed how it would actually fit into how your team works every day.
Blue Inlet Advisory was built to solve both — together.
Meet Our Founder
Leslie Pardavila
Founder & Principal
Before founding Blue Inlet Advisory, Leslie Pardavila spent her career at PwC leading enterprise transformation, AI strategy, and workflow modernization at scale. She built and led cross-functional programs that drove firmwide efficiency, AI adoption, and sustainable change not by rolling out technology and hoping for the best, but by bringing people along, building their confidence, and scaling what worked until the whole organization ran on it.
She founded Blue Inlet Advisory because she kept seeing the same problem everywhere, organizations with powerful tools that were only scratching the surface of what those tools could do. Her approach has always been the same: start with what's broken, fix it with tools you already own, and make sure your team actually uses it.
When she's not helping firms modernize their operations, you'll find her at the beach with her son and husband, on her Peloton, rooting for Penn State, or out on a run.
